Warranty 

As designers and users of professional products, we are aware of the great responsibility we have towards our customers who use our products for a living or simply to enjoy their music. This is why our products meet the highest technical standards, are fully tested before leaving our workshop, but are also designed for reliability and durability.

Therefore, Hlabs audio products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering parts and labour.

Products under warranty are mainly serviced in our workshop to guarantee a fast and reliable service.

The warranty is valid only on provision of the receipt of purchase (original or copy).

The warranty applies to defects or faults in materials or construction processes prior to the date of purchase.

This obviously excludes damage caused by the following:
- Improper mounting or connection
- Improper use, for a purpose other than the one the product was designed for
- Non-compliance with instruction manuals
- Faulty or incompatible accessories or other connected equipment
- Modification of the product
- Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized persons
- Accidents, lightning strikes, 💦 water, 🔥 fire, 🥵 heat, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Should your HLabs product display faults within the warranty period, please contact us or your reseller.

The shipping costs are borne by the client, but the return shipping costs are borne by HLABS.
Components requiring repair or replacement will, however, remain free of charge.

If your product is over 3 years old, don't worry. HLabs designs are engineered to be repairable virtually forever, thanks to our old-fashioned THT PCB design.

Drop us a line, and we will sort this out for you. Maintenance of our products requires simple electronics and soldering skills. We will always find a way to get your equipment working, by sending you components or the address of a trusted partner.
