The DI02S is a high end Class-A stereo direct box that will sublimate any instrument in your studio or on stage. Packing a pair of the big & famous Carnhill© VT24499 transformer [the same you can find in Neve© 51-series console], it offers a massive sound on the balanced output with exceptionally wide and flat frequency & phase responses.

 INSPIRATION

We've taken our inspiration from the sound of vintage hifi equipment from the 80s, at the height of the use of audio transformers, which gave a good, big, loud sound.

But as you would expect from an excellent hifi device, the DI02S also offers great transparency to respect the timbre of your instruments.

A "Buffer" feature on the Link output to ensure a perfect impedance match with the following amplifier, and always the best sound.

An output PAD to input microphone preamps after the direct box and get the colour you want.

Very high input impedance - over 4 MΩ - not loading the source, and independent of the PAD position
